With 27 years of experience in PR, Bob really is an industry expert. Having worked both in-house (for companies such as Grants of St James’s) and for agencies (including Kingsway PR, which became part of Saatchi and Saatchi), he has devised and implemented a wide range of PR campaigns for a variety of clients from Nestlé to Tarmac.
In 1990 Bob founded Nielsen McAllister, since which time he has established many excellent contacts across a number of sectors and is well respected by the packaging and associated media. He has built the company on the foundation of great working relationships and is proud of the fact that he retains his first two clients to this day.
Outside of the office Bob has previously been known to enjoy treading the boards in AmDram, but since putting away the greasepaint he has taken up squash and golf – albeit rather badly.
Business Development Director
Simon is a creative and commercially successful CIM Qualified Marketer with over 20 years’ experience within the global packaging, security and communications markets. Simon has helped deliver award winning MarComms in his previous role at Essentra, as well as positioning thought-leadership across traditional and digital media.
A clear, strategic thinker with a passion for long term business development, Simon is focused on helping clients deliver business growth using his strategic planning and communications experience.
Beyond the world of NMPR, Simon enjoys dragging his reluctant children around the Peak District on long walks as well as socialising with friends and family.
Senior Account Executive
Since graduating with a degree in Media and Communication Studies, Kerrie has spent over seven years working in PR and Marketing. In her previous position at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, Kerrie worked in the busy PR department and was the Editor and Designer of the Toyota UK newsletter.
With a broad set of PR skills and a desire to ‘put something back’ Kerrie is currently also supporting a local cancer charity - Annabels Angels - where she handles the charity’s PR and manages their social media accounts.
Kerrie is a self-confessed fitness-fanatic. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, socialising with friends and walking her dog.
Recently graduating from De Montfort University with a degree in Journalism, Connor is keen to put his range of print and digital media skills to the test in his first PR role.
Previously gaining experience within the community radio station DemonFM and their sister magazine; he has helped develop social media, lead the news and sports departments, as well as taking part in freelance video production.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys socialising with friends, travelling and searching for the perfect rack of ribs.
Recently graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Communications and Media, Lydia is now ready to kick start her career in PR.
After graduating Lydia gained industry experience with a placement as a PR Assistant, helping to learn the ropes within an agency setting. With her know-how in film and photography and a keen interest in social media, Lydia is excited to now have the opportunity to put her diverse range of skills into action.
Outside of work, Lydia can be found in a beer garden with her friends, fussing over her dog or working out at the gym.
Spending six years at the Derbyshire Building Society as customer service assistant and a further twelve years as a funeral administrator and bereavement councillor, Sue brings a wealth of experience in administration and finance to her role.
With her varied background and strong people skills, Sue is well equipped to keep the team in shape and handle anything as Office Manager.
A keen walker, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Ella, on whom she dotes.
